Sweet New Year 2015
This tutorial was written by me on December 29, 2014.
It was made out of my own creation and similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP 9 and you must have good PSP knowledge and be familiar with the tools.

*Drop Shadow as you go*

Open template - Shift D - close original
Delete credits and layers 5 & 6
Select background - c/p paper 4 into selection
Layers - load/save mask - mask of choice
Layers - merge visible - merge group
Layer 3 - Selections - Modify - contract x5
New Raster Layer - c/p disco ball into selection - deselect
Do the same for Layer 2
Layer 4 - Selections - Modify - contract x5
New Raster Layer - c/p paper 2 into selection - deselect
Layer 1 - Selections - Modify - Contract x5
New Raster Layer - c/p paper 3 into selection - deselect
Layer 7 - Select with Magic Wand - c/p paper 4 into selection - deselect
Layer 8 - Select with Magic Wand - c/p paper 1 into selection - deselect
Open tube - pick the accessories you want - merge visible
C/P tube to image - place where you like
Element 1 - resize 30% - c/p to image
Element 13 - mirror - c/p to image
Element 102 - c/p to image
Element 45 - c/p to image
Element 74 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Element 79 - c/p to image
Element 89 - resize 80% - c/p to image
Element 2 - resize 50% - rotate clockwise - shift D - duplicate - c/p both to image
Element 30 - resize 50% - duplicate x4 - c/p all to image
Element 3 - resize 50% - rotate clockwise - shift D - duplicate - c/p all to image
Element 32 - resize 20% - duplicate - flip one - c/p to image
Element 29 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Element 40 - resize 40% - c/p to image x4
Element 47 - resize 40% - c/p to image
Element 70 - c/p to image
Element 103 - mirror - resize 30% - c/p to image
Element 104 - flip - resize 30% - c/p to image
Word Art - selections - select all - float/defloat - modify - expand x2
New Raster Layer - flood fill with white - dropshadow
Move original layer above white layer
Merge Visible
Add Copyright & Name
