Endless Hope
This tutorial was written by me on August 28, 2016.
It was made out of my own creation and similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP 9 and you must have good PSP knowledge and be familiar with the tools.

Drop Shadow as you go

FF=Flood Fill
NRL=New Raster Layer
BKG=Background
C/P=Copy and Paste

Canvas 600 x 600
MW select BKG - C/P p.2 into selection - deselect
Layers - Load/Save mask - mask of choice
Layers - merge visible - merge group
Open Template - Shift D - close original
Delete the following:
info - cat - lightening - skull - bat (all) - spider - cloud
cross border - cross - box - BKG
Mask - C/P mask to last layer of template
Rectangle - select - C/P p6 to both rectangles - deselect
Circle - select - C/P p7 into selection - deselect
Open Tube 2 - resize 70% - C/P over circle layer
Box 2 - MW select - C/P p4 into background
Open tube - C/P into selection - deselect - mode screen
Element 8 - C/P to img
Element 33 - resize 50% - C/P to img
Element 39 - resize 40% - C/P to img
Element 28 - resize 40% - C/P to img
Element 10 - resize 80% - C/P to img
Element 1 - resize 40% - C/P to img
Element 13 - resize 50% - C/P to img
Element 3 - mirror - resize 60% - C/P to img
Element 6 - resize 40% - C/P to img
Element 17 - resize 70% - C/P to img
Element 40 - resize 30% - C/P to img
Element 41 - resize 30% - C/P to img
Layers - merge visible
Add Copyright & Name
