Select background - c/p paper 6 into selection - deselect
Layers - load/save mask - mask of choice
Layers - merge visible - merge group
Element 30 - free rotate right 90* - c/p to image
Select inside of frame - modify expand x5 - c/p paper 1 into selection - deselect
Element 38 - resize 75% - c/p to image
Open Tube - resize as needed - c/p to image
Element 44 - resize 75% - c/p to image
Element 28 - c/p to image
Element 25 - resize 75% - c/p to image
Element 37 - resize 30% - c/p to image
Element 31% - resize 30% - c/p to image
Element 5 - resize 80% - c/p to image
Merge Visible & Add Copyrights

Shamrock Cutie

Open template - Shift D - close original
Delete font and credit layers
Close out all layers up to background
Select background - c/p paper 04 into selection - deselect
Layers - load/save mask - mask of choice
Layers - merge visible - merge group
Layers right/left taupe square - merge both these layers (merge down)
Select - modify - contract x5 - new raster layer - c/p paper 02 into selection - deselect
Taupe layer - adjust - add noise
Select Large Creme Circle - c/p paper 03 into selection - deselect
Effects - Inner bevel using the following settings:
Bevel 8 - Width 5
Image Smoothness 25 - Depth 7 - Ambience -20 - Shininess 35
Light Color White - Angle 135 - Intensity 35 - Elevation 70
*I use the above settings in almost all of my Inner Bevels*
Open Large Dotted Circle Layer - no need to edit
Light Green square - select - contract x5 - new raster layer
C/P paper 07 into selection - deselect
Apply inner bevel with previous settings
Add noise to light green square
Left Green Oval - select - c/p paper 08 into selection - deselect
Do same for Right Green Oval
Taupe Oval - contract x5 - new raster layer - c/p paper 2 into selection - deselect
Open rest of layers up to word art
Right Creme Circle - c/p paper 4 into selection
Open Tube - resize as needed - c/p to image - place where you like - invert/delete
Layers - duplicate - colorize 0-0 - blend mode overlay - blur 80%
Do same for Left Creme Circle
Open remainder layers and place or edit as you like
Element 32 - resize 40% - c/p to image
Element 15 - resize 80% - c/p to image
Element 3 - c/p to image
Element 8 - resize 40% - c/p to image
Element 34 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Element 36 - ,orrpr - resize 30% - c/p to image
Element 60 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Layers - Merge Visible
Add Copyright & Name

Delete - Font info and credits
Close all layers except the background layer
Select Background - c/p p10 into selection - deselect
Layers - load/save mask - mask of choice
Layers - merge visible & merge group
Grey Oval - Select w/magic wand - modify - contract x5
New Raster Layer - c/p p1 into selection - deselect
Black Strip - Layers - Add noise
Large Orange Circle - Adjust - colorize 0-0 - select w/magic wand - modify - contract x5
New Raster Layer - c/p p5 into selection - deselect
Cream Strip - Adjust - add noise
White Stripe - Blur to 70%
Pink Circle - select - c/p p9 into selection -
open tube - c/p over selection - invert/delete - deselect
Raster Layer 3 - Blur 80%
Raster Layer 4 - Blend Mode Luminance Legacy - Blur 60%
Grey Strip - Modify - Contract x5
New Raster Layer - c/p p3 into selection - open tube
Resize 70% - c/p to image - invert/delete - deselect
Delete - Pink Rectangle - Dotted Rectangle - Small Orange Circle - Dotted Circle
Cream Rectangle - Select - Modify - Contract x5
New Raster Layer - c/p p1 into selection - c/p tube to image - invert/delete - deselect
Tube Layer (Raster 9) - layers - duplicate
Copy of Raster - adjust - colorize 0-0 - Blur 70%
Word Art - merge down until all word art is merged together
Select - float/defloat - modify - expand x2
New Raster Layer - flood fill white - move text up one

Select MW - modify/contract x5 - NRL - c/p p5 into selection - deselect
Scattered Hearts
Select All - float/defloat - modify/expand x2 - NRL - FF white - move below
Yellow Oval
Select MW - c/p p08 into selection - deselect
Fourth & Second Brown Strip
Select MW - modify/contract x5 - NRL - c/p p09 into selection - deselect
Gold Circle
Select MW - c/p p01 into selection - NRL - open tube - resize as needed
C/P tube to image - inv/del - deselect - colorize 0-0 - blur 40%
Dark Pink Heart
Select MW - c/p paper 01 into selection
NRL - c/p tube to image - inv/del - colorize 0-0 - blend mode soft light
Do same for Light Pink Heart
Open remainder layers
Open tube - resize 70% - c/p to image
Element 01 - resize 70% - flip - c/p to image
Element 04 - resize 50% -c/p to image
Element 07 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Element 15 - c/p to image
Element 24 - resize 70% - flip - c/p to image
Element 37 - resize 40% - c/p to image
Element 50 - mirror - c/p to image

Layer 3 - select with magic wand - c/p paper 1 into selection - deselect
Open tube and resize as needed
Layer 4 - select with magic wand - c/p paper 3 into selection
New Raster - c/p tube onto image - place where you like - invert/delete - deselect
Layers - duplicate tube - adjust - hue/saturation - colorize 0-0
Adjust - gaussien blur 5 - move original layer above - blend mode soft
Layer 5 - Delete
Layer 6 - select with magic wand - c/p paper 7 into selection - deselect
Layer 7 - select with magic wand - c/p paper 3 into selection - deselect
Element 34 - rotate clockwise - resize 75% - c/p to image
Element 16 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Element 20 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Element 15 - resize 75% - c/p to image
Element 17 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Element 38 - resize 30% - mirror - c/p to image
Element 48 - resize 30% - c/p x2 to image
Element 35 - resize 75% - c/p to image
Element 33 - resize 40% - mirror - c/p to image
