Fire Goddess
This tutorial was written by me on April 26, 2015.
It was made out of my own creation and similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP 9 and you must have a good PSP knowledge and be familiar with the tools.

Scrap Kit: I am using the beautiful kit "Spring Floral" by Moonshine Dezinez

*MG=Magic Wand*
*NRL=New Raster Layer*

Open Frame 01 - Shift D - close original
Resize frame 82% - NRL
MW select - NRL - c/p P8 into selection - deselect
Layers - load/save mask - mask of choice
Layers - merge visible then merge group
Frame Layer - MW select in frame - modify expand x5
Open tube - c/p to image - arrange into frame - invert/delete - deselect
Move frame over tube
To get tube to appear as if coming out of frame all you do is go to original
tube and select the piece of the tube that you need to pop out of frame
c/p on top layer and arrange so it matches up with tube inside of frame
Element 36 - resize 40% - c/p to image
Element 25 - resize 40% - flip - c/p to image
Element 24 - c/p to image
Element 42 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Element 34 - resize 40% - c/p to image
Merge visible - add copyright & name

Delete credits - Pink strips - all word art - peach circle
Close out all layers
Open background layer - MW select - c/p P10 into selection - deselect
Layers - load/save mask - mask of choice
Layers - merge visible then merge group
Open Checker Board layer - select all - float/defloat - c/p P10 into selection - deselect
Blur 60%
Dark Salmon Rectangle - MW select - c/p P6 into selection - deselect
Medium Salmon Rectangle - MW select - c/p P5 into selection - deselect
Pink Square 2 - MW select - c/p P7 into selection - deselect
Pink Square 1 - MW select - c/p P3 and place where you like - invert/delete - deselect
Brown Rectangle - MW select - c/p P9 into selection - deselect
Activate Oval Background
Dark Salmon Oval - MW select - c/p P7 to image - invert/delete - deselect
Brown Rectangle - MW select - c/p P7 to image - place where you like - invert/delete
Deselect
Open Tube - resize 30% - place to the right of image
Element 17 - c/p to image
Element 17 - mirror - c/p to image
Element 33 - resize 75% - c/p to image
Element 35 - resize 75% - free rotate left 29% - c/p to image
Element 10 - resize 80% - c/p to image
Element 12 - resize 80% - c/p to image
Element 12 - mirror - resize 80% - c/p to image
Element 19 - c/p to image
Element 27 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Element 49 - resize 50% - c/p to image

Open template - Shift D - close original
Delete font and credit layers
Close out all layers up to background
Select background - c/p paper 04 into selection - deselect
Layers - load/save mask - mask of choice
Layers - merge visible - merge group
Layers right/left taupe square - merge both these layers (merge down)
Select - modify - contract x5 - new raster layer - c/p paper 02 into selection - deselect
Taupe layer - adjust - add noise
Select Large Creme Circle - c/p paper 03 into selection - deselect
Effects - Inner bevel using the following settings:
Bevel 8 - Width 5
Image Smoothness 25 - Depth 7 - Ambience -20 - Shininess 35
Light Color White - Angle 135 - Intensity 35 - Elevation 70
*I use the above settings in almost all of my Inner Bevels*
Open Large Dotted Circle Layer - no need to edit
Light Green square - select - contract x5 - new raster layer
C/P paper 07 into selection - deselect
Apply inner bevel with previous settings
Add noise to light green square
Left Green Oval - select - c/p paper 08 into selection - deselect
Do same for Right Green Oval
Taupe Oval - contract x5 - new raster layer - c/p paper 2 into selection - deselect
Open rest of layers up to word art
Right Creme Circle - c/p paper 4 into selection
Open Tube - resize as needed - c/p to image - place where you like - invert/delete
Layers - duplicate - colorize 0-0 - blend mode overlay - blur 80%
Do same for Left Creme Circle
Open remainder layers and place or edit as you like
Element 32 - resize 40% - c/p to image
Element 15 - resize 80% - c/p to image
Element 3 - c/p to image
Element 8 - resize 40% - c/p to image
Element 34 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Element 36 - ,orrpr - resize 30% - c/p to image
Element 60 - resize 50% - c/p to image
Layers - Merge Visible
Add Copyright & Name

Grey Oval - Select w/magic wand - modify - contract x5
New Raster Layer - c/p p1 into selection - deselect
Black Strip - Layers - Add noise
Large Orange Circle - Adjust - colorize 0-0 - select w/magic wand - modify - contract x5
New Raster Layer - c/p p5 into selection - deselect
Cream Strip - Adjust - add noise
White Stripe - Blur to 70%
Pink Circle - select - c/p p9 into selection -
open tube - c/p over selection - invert/delete - deselect
Raster Layer 3 - Blur 80%
Raster Layer 4 - Blend Mode Luminance Legacy - Blur 60%
Grey Strip - Modify - Contract x5
New Raster Layer - c/p p3 into selection - open tube
Resize 70% - c/p to image - invert/delete - deselect
Delete - Pink Rectangle - Dotted Rectangle - Small Orange Circle - Dotted Circle
Cream Rectangle - Select - Modify - Contract x5
New Raster Layer - c/p p1 into selection - c/p tube to image - invert/delete - deselect
Tube Layer (Raster 9) - layers - duplicate
Copy of Raster - adjust - colorize 0-0 - Blur 70%
Word Art - merge down until all word art is merged together
Select - float/defloat - modify - expand x2
New Raster Layer - flood fill white - move text up one
