October Moments
This tutorial was written by me on November 1, 2014.
It was made out of my own creation and similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP 9 and you must have good PSP knowledge and be familiar with the tools.

Temp - resize 94%
Delete the following - font credits, copyright & leave layers
Select background - c/p paper 21 into selection - deselect
Mask - load/save mask - mask of choice - merge visible - merge group
Raster 16 - select - c/p paper 22 into selection - deselect
Raster 23 - adjust - add noise
Copy of Raster 16 - select - c/p paper 22 into selection - deselect
Raster 22 - adjust - add noise
Raster 17 - select - c/p paper 29 into selection - deselect
Copy of Raster 17 - select - c/p paper 29 into selection - deselect
Raster 21 - adjust - add noise
Raster 18 - select - c/p paper 11 into selection - deselect
Raster 20 - adjust - add noise
Copy of Raster 18 - select - c/p paper 11 into selection - deselect
