Beautiful October
This tutorial was written by me on November 1, 2014.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincindental.
I used PSP 9 and you must have good PSP knowledge and be familiar with the tools.

Scrap: I am using the gorgeous kit "Autumn Promise" by TinyTurtleDesigns

Open template - Shift D - Close original
Temp resize 94% - Delete font credits, copyright info & leaves
Magic wand - select background - c/p paper 4 into selection - deselect
Layers - load/save mask - mask of choice
Layers - merge visible - merge group
Pink Rectangles - select - c/p paper 7 into selection - deselect
Orange Oval - select - c/p paper 18 into selection - deselect
White Oval Outline - adjust - add noise
Yellow circle - select - c/p paper 22 into selection - deselect - adjust - add noise
White Ribbon Tails - adjust - add noise
Red Ribbon Tails - select - c/p paper 46 into selection - deselect
White Strip & Pixel Words - delete
Middle Shape Orange - select - c/p paper 4 into selection - deselect
Middle White Shape - select - c/p paper 12 into selection - deselect
Middle Shape Small Outline - adjust - add noise
Bottom, Top Pink Circle & Dotted Circles - delete
Tube - resize 50% - c/p to image
Element 149 - Image - rotate counterclockwise - resize 50% - c/p above mask
Element 149 - mirror - c/p above mask top image - merge down
Raster 3 - Ctrl C - Ctrl L - flip - mirror - place bottom above mask
Element 28 - resize 75% - c/p to image
Element 28 - flip - mirror - c/p to image
Element 57 - c/p to image
Element 59 - flip - c/p to image
Element 67 - resize 30% - mirror - c/p to image
Element 1 - resize 40% - c/p to image
Element 10 - resize 40% - rotate counterclockwise - mirror - c/p to image
Element 11 - resize 40% - rotate counterclockwise - c/p to image
Element 122 - resize 75% - c/p to image
Element 123 - c/p to image
Element 135 - resize 75% - c/p to image
Merge Visible
Add Copyright & Name
